새벽 2시 25분이다. 한 시간 전에 일어났다. 글을 하나 써야 했다. 상황에 따라서는, 적어도 1년 동안은 상당한 불이익을 감수해야 하는 내용의 글을 썼다. 

3시 쯤에 다시 자리에 들었다. 5시 20분에 일어나 교회로 향했다.

복음뉴스에 올린 "뉴욕교계에 사상 초유의 회장 낙선 운동 바람 불어" 제하의 글을 이준성 목사가 읽은 것 같다. 카톡으로 아래의 글을 보내왔다.

"you published false and inaccurate defamatory statements regarding my client.

You intentionally made these statements with malice and with reckless disregard for the good reputation of my client to few hundred other Korean ministers in the New York Korean community. 

Your statements of falsehood, full of hatred and contempt, were an attempt to injure my client’s candidacy for the office of the President of Korean Churches of Greater New York are deemed defamation and punishable under New York Law.

Unless you cease this malicious behavior immediately, Rev. Jun Sung Lee will bring legal proceeding against you in Queens County Supreme and Criminal Courts for defamation and damages resulting therefrom.

Be guided accordingly."

내가 쓴 글의 어느 부분이 허위 사실이고, 명예 훼손에 해당하는지 내가 가진 법률 지식으로는 이해가 되지 않는다. 무시하기로 했다.
